Customer Service Associate - Temporary at Walgreens

Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
4. Share customer service best practices with team members.
5. Recommend items and assist with product placement and inventory management.
6. Process transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, and assist with store resets and promotional displays.
8. Support food safety and product placement policies.
9. Operate store systems and equipment proficiently.
10. Provide photo services and web order pickups.
11. Assist with store maintenance and ensure compliance with company policies.
12. Complete assigned tasks and participate in training and development activities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), except in Puerto Rico.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
