Customer Experience

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provide fast, friendly service and recommend products.
• Handle transactions, including voids, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and displays.
• Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products and implement asset protection procedures.
• Assist with food safety practices, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
• Operate store systems and equipment, and provide photo services and web order fulfillment.
• Support exterior and interior store upkeep and complete assigned tasks.

Training & Personal Development

• Attend training sessions and complete required programs.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
