Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
4. Recommends items for sale, suggests trade-up and/or companion items.
5. Processes transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
6. Maintains store cleanliness, displays, and inventory records.
7. Ensures compliance with legal and company policies, including asset protection and regulated products.
8. Provides photo services and web order pickups.
9. Supports store maintenance and adheres to policies, fostering respectful coworker relationships.
10. Completes assigned tasks and participates in training and development.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Additional Information

• Role is full-time, not applicable for seniority level.
• Salary range: $15 - $17.50/hour.
