Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommends items for sale, suggests trade-up and/or companion items.
- Processes transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintains store cleanliness, displays, and inventory records.
- Ensures compliance with legal and company policies, including asset protection and regulated products.
- Provides photo services and web order pickups.
- Supports store maintenance and adheres to policies, fostering respectful coworker relationships.
- Completes assigned tasks and participates in training and development.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: Six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Additional Information
- Role is full-time, not applicable for seniority level.
- Salary range: $15 - $17.50/hour.
