Job summary

Dollar Tree in Princeton, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and help deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers, handle transactions at the cash register, restock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail is highly preferred
• Able to follow instructions and read operational documents
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and restocking
• Ensure a positive, safe, and professional environment
