Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Meridian, Idaho. You will assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to helping customers, and you will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read procedures.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Good problem-solving and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise and processing freight.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers and teammates.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
