Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Process sales transactions and operate the assigned cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets; observe security procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
