• Assist with the daily operations of the assigned store, including merchandising and supporting customers.
• Be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and switch to front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and overall appearance.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register and maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
