Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to provide an excellent shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales, maintain cash security, and keep the store well stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Ensure store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
