Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Accurate cash handling and data entry; proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to de-escalate issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via online channels.
• Process payments, balance the cash drawer, and prepare deposits.
• Create, update, and close service orders; coordinate with field technicians.
• Open and close trouble tickets; handle routine billing questions or disputes.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and document interactions in CRM/billing system.
