Qualifications

• Collaborate with dispatch to optimize schedules and truck availability.
• Resolve customer concerns using established processes, aiming for first-call resolution.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems.
• Maintain steady task flow while staying organized and on schedule.
• Stay informed on promotions, services, and processes to assist customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
