S&S Fuels Management is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas, NV. This hourly role reports to the Store Manager and supports daily store operations, cash handling, and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The CSR will engage customers, process transactions, and help maintain inventory and store cleanliness. Suitable for candidates with a High School diploma and retail experience; full-time or part-time options available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work on schedule and be punctual.
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Work independently and as part of a team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining strong customer rapport.
• Process all sales on the cash register and handle cash and other payments; follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS and other equipment; maintain site cleanliness and inventory.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and perform shift closeouts.
• Work with minimal supervision and may have irregular hours.
• Report dishonest activity to store management and follow shoplifter procedures.
• Comply with company policies and attend required trainings and meetings.
