Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and exiting the store.
• Engage with customers to provide personalized service and support the digital receipt program.
• Scan items accurately and ensure proper payment before checkout.
• Bag purchases carefully and promote Scheels Visa benefits.
• Operate the register, handle cash, balance drawer, and assist with cash handling policies.
• Assist in training new Customer Service Associates and Cashiers.
