Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a hands-on Customer Service Representative in Georgia to deliver fast, friendly service and support daily store operations.

The role requires reading/writing English, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with temperature exposure in coolers and freezers as needed. Hours and scheduling are set by the General Manager; both part-time and full-time options may exist.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Interact productively with fellow employees.

• Stock shelves and coolers; retrieve merchandise.
• Check identifications and pricing; handle payments.
• Work in cooler (36-40°F) and freezer (0°F) as needed.
• Clean windows, floors, and store areas; manage trash.
• Operate a computer for store tasks; follow GM directions.
• Schedule shifts; role could be full- or part-time.
