Qualifications

• Experience using a computer for basic tasks (input/output).
• Experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., cut, tint, or package items).
