Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet customers and deliver a friendly, efficient experience at the counter.

You will prepare breakfast items and made-to-order sandwiches, operate the cash register, activate fuel and gift cards, check IDs for restricted items, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked; shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Keep stores clean and safe by following all policies and procedures.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
