Job summary

Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, serve with a smile, and uphold our brand promise of putting people first. As a CSA, you help deliver fast, friendly service and ensure a welcoming store atmosphere.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing breakfast items, sandwiches, beverages and pizzas, operating the register, handling payments, and assisting with fuel and ID verification. You’ll also keep shelves stocked, maintain cleanliness, and follow policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Team player who enjoys working with others.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare breakfast items, builds sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, fresh, and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
