Job summary

Insight Global is hiring Customer Service Associates for an exciting event in Columbus, Ohio, running from November 4, 2026 to December 31, 2026 at Polaris Fashion Place Mall. Join the operations team for the launch and daily management of the immersive exhibition.

You will greet visitors, handle ticketing and inquiries, scan and sell tickets with POS systems, operate the gift shop, manage sales and restock merchandise, and support opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling POS systems and basic inventory tasks.

Our client is a dynamic entertainment agency that specializes in producing and operating immersive attractions and events across North America. They are bringing an immersive Sistine Chapel Replica to the Polaris Fashion Place Mall that will run from November 4, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and need enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their operations team for the launch and daily management of the exhibition.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Greet and assist visitors with ticketing and general inquiries
• Scan and sell tickets using POS systems
• Provide information about the exhibition and ensure a welcoming environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
• Comfortable handling POS systems and basic inventory tasks
