11th Hour Staffing, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Hybrid Customer Service Representative in Vandalia, Ohio to handle calls and process orders. This on-site role offers $20/hour with a Tue-Wed-Thu 9:30am-6pm schedule and Sat-Sun 10:30am-7pm, with some weekday flexibility.

You will assist customers, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery during the November–February season, with potential extension depending on company needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role with phone handling.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.

Immediate Opening for a SEASONAL HYBRID Customer Service Representative role in Vandalia, Ohio!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services.
• Accurately process and enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct and orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns, coordinating with other departments as necessary to provide effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and any follow-up actions required.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and address their needs.
• Perform follow-up calls or communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2years of experience in a customer service role, with a strong background in handling phone calls and processing orders.
• Must have experience handling customer service in a manufacturing facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, order entry systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (or relevant applications).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and orders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs 9:30am to 6pm, Sat & Sun 10:30am to 7pm, Tues, Wed and Thurs will be in the office. There is some flexibility in the weekdays chosen, but SAT & Sun are set as mandatory.

Pay: $20/hr

SEASONAL: NOVEMBER-FEBRUARY (possible extension based on company needs)
