This full-time role focuses on handling inquiries, scheduling, orders, and warranty information, with a collaborative team and opportunities for training and growth.

You will manage payments and shipping documents, monitor portals, and coordinate with service, sales, and delivery teams while delivering accurate

• 3–5 years of customer service experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPass experience a plus.
• Quick, accurate data entry and 10-key skills.
• A team-first mindset and keen attention to detail.

Schedule: Weekdays & some weekends required- Rotating schedule to be determined during interview
