Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members.
- Recommend items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items.
- Process transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and manage inventory.
- Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
- Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Construct and maintain displays and assist with store resets.
- Assist with food product placement and stock rotation.
- Operate store systems and equipment effectively.
- Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up responsibilities.
- Maintain store appearance and adhere to company policies.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Training & Personal Development
- Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: Six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
