Job Summary

A growing local retail organization is hiring a Customer Service Associate in the Millington, TN area. This is a direct hire opportunity for an outgoing, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, creating positive customer experiences, and contributing to store success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a friendly, family-oriented, laid-back retail environment with supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and opportunities to connect with the local community. The Customer Service Associate will play an important role in customer engagement, retention, upselling services and products, and helping drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer service during each interaction.
• Support customer retention by creating a welcoming, helpful, and professional store experience.
• Upsell products and services based on customer needs and store goals.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $16 per hour.
• Direct hire opportunity.

• Store operates Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Must be flexible and available for weekend days, early shifts, and several 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shifts.
