Job summary

Worlds-Away, LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Customer Service Associate to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service and guiding purchase decisions based on product knowledge and company procedures.

The role involves handling inquiries about inventory and orders, processing orders, assisting in sales, performing clerical tasks, and using ERP software and Microsoft Office. On-site in Midtown Memphis with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

OPPORTUNITY:

Asthe first line of communication for a customer, your goal will be to provideoutstanding customer service to our clients by using established effectivecustomer service procedures and managing customer satisfaction experiences. Toqualify for the role, the ideal candidate must have proven experience workingin a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industrytrends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (writtenand verbally), you will also demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonalskills and computer skills.

Handling Problems andClaims

• Customer inquiries Rangefrom inventory levels, tracking orders or handling freight claims.
• Representative will attemptto solve the problems or propose some solutions for resolution.

Assisting in Sales andOrder Entry

• Responsible for all orderentry in your territory, from several marketing methods.
• Representatives will berequired to learn the product line in order to be able to provide product orservice information to assist customers in deciding about a product to buy.

Clerical Tasks

• The job of a customerservice representative will also involve clerical responsibilities.
• Such duties will involveanswering telephone calls and making the appropriate transfers and using ERPsoftware to track orders or shipping information.
• Other duties includeprocessing new client accounts, maintaining customer accounts, implementingchanges to existing accounts, and filing documents and other paperwork.
• Customer ServiceRepresentative will need top organizational practices, time management, writtenand verbal communication skills, well versed in Microsoft Office and excellentcomputer skills.
