Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in operations, sales, hospitality, retail, travel or related industries.
• Rental car industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
