Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provides fast, friendly service, recommends items, and processes transactions including returns and exchanges.
- Keeps store clean and organized, manages inventory, and maintains records.
- Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructs and maintains displays, assists with stock rotation, and ensures proper product placement.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
- Maintains store appearance and adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Completes training and development tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferably six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
