Partner Company in North America Foods is seeking a lead for customer service and supply chain coordination, working remotely from Canada in a fast-paced, internationally connected team.

You will manage supply chain input for sales planning, customer collaboration, and performance KPIs, while coordinating with global logistics and outsourced partners to drive cost-saving digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of supply chain experience, with 3+ years in CPG customer service.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with retail replenishment systems like SAP, JDA, or Retail Link.

• Annual pay range of $84,900–$127,300 plus performance-related bonus.
