The Ohio Department of Medicaid is seeking a Customer Service Assistant 1 - Intermittent to support provider enrollment and related administrative tasks. This remote-then-in-office role involves processing applications, tracking statuses, and assisting internal and external stakeholders, with emphasis on accuracy and policy compliance.
