Job description

The Job. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program. You will provide outstanding customer service to a portfolio of approximately 600-800 clients. This position involves providing phone support, managing accounts, addressing concerns, and following up with clients as they pay off their debt. A typical day includes making outbound and answering inbound calls, replying to emails and online requests. No cold calling. No sales. We seek polished, articulate individuals who can build rapport quickly, are empathetic, and eager to help. You should be able to multi-task and be a self-starter. We offer extensive paid training, scripts, tools, and technology to support your success. This is a full-time or part-time, work-from-home position, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the main contact for clients in our Debt Management Program.
  2. Handle approximately 30-40 inbound calls and make 20-30 outbound calls daily.
  3. Follow up on client accounts, including missing forms, payment info, and account changes.
  4. Welcome clients with an introductory call, guiding them through their online dashboard.
  5. Communicate with creditors on behalf of clients as needed.
Requirements:
  1. 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
  2. Empathy and willingness to assist clients experiencing financial hardship.
  3. High computer proficiency: typing, software learning, multitasking.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Detail-oriented and organized.
  6. Enjoys working in a call center environment.
  7. Resourceful and adaptable to changing business needs.
  8. Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred but not required.
  9. High school diploma required.
  10. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and good attendance.
Details:
  • Monday through Friday only.
  • Pay: $17-$20 per hour.
  • Experience: Not required.
  • Languages: English (Advanced), Spanish (Advanced).
  • Employment type: Full-time.
  • Immediate start date.
