Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain analytics, business analytics, operations analysis, reporting, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Data validation and reconciliation experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve spreadsheets and formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple reporting sources.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring supply chain and operational reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and business analysis for leadership requests.
• Consolidate information from multiple data sources into actionable insights.
• Validate, troubleshoot, and improve reporting tools and spreadsheets.
• Interpret complex data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support inventory, purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, and operational reporting initiatives.
• Assist with data management and process improvement projects.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity across systems.
