Job summary

Warren Oil is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our West Memphis, AR facility. You will support customers with order processing, EDI troubleshooting, and data analysis, while maintaining accurate records in our ERP system.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of customer service experience in manufacturing or distribution, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to resolve issues across sales, logistics, and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• 2–4 years in customer service, manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE).
• Strong Excel proficiency and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with detailed order troubleshooting.
• Possess a thorough understanding of our products and services.
• Process orders, returns, credits, and ship orders accurately.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain open communication with the company.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI errors and discrepancies with internal departments.
• Analyze customer data, sales trends, and order history to resolve issues.
