Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join a real-time security monitoring team in Tulsa. You will monitor live CCTV feeds, analyze alerts, and take action to protect people and property in a fast-paced, multi-screen environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, alertness, and independence, with 2nd or 3rd shift availability and on-site work in Tulsa, OK. Prior CCTV familiarity is a bonus.

Qualifications

Customer Service Agent

We’re hiring Customer Service Agentto join a real-time security monitoring team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll monitor live surveillance feeds, analyze alerts, and take action to help protect people and property.

This is a focused, high-responsibility role ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, the ability to stay alert, and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-screen environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $17–$18.50/hour (based on experience)
• Available Shifts:
  2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10 PM
  3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
  Must be able to work holidays and weekends
• 100% On-site |(Tulsa, OK)
• 24/7 operation including weekends & holidays

What You’ll Do
