The Dixon Group in Chestertown, MD is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of Dixon—helping customers find solutions, placing orders, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. This role supports invoicing and accounts receivable and requires a team-driven, detail-oriented approach.

The position is full-time, with hours 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday. Salary ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
