Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years customer service call center experience.
• Operate standard office equipment (copier, facsimile, PC).
• Ability to implement solutions to customer concerns.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via in person, telephone, email, or web.
• Communicate clearly with on-the-road employees to give instructions.
• Answer incoming and make outgoing customer calls.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns within guidelines.
• Monitor and document customer complaints and coordinate with sales.
