Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Salisbury, MA to greet customers, assist with rentals, and provide friendly, helpful service on-site. You will use U-Scan to manage reservations and equipment, perform inspections, and answer questions about products and services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and check fluid levels on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers about offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (propane certification offered on employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered on employment).
• Other duties as assigned; participate in U-Haul University.
