Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who welcomes guests, explains oil-change options and services, and uses product knowledge to build trust. You’ll help guests choose the best services for their vehicle and ensure a positive experience under the hood.

No automotive experience is required as our comprehensive training program prepares you to communicate confidently, understand service recommendations, and grow with a leading car-care brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable suggesting additional services to guests based on inspection and manufacturer/Valvoline recommendations.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by presenting oil change options and related services.
• Provide friendly, informative service and build customer loyalty.
• Complete tasks under supervision and participate in training programs.

What You’ll Do:As a Customer Service Advisor, you are often the first and last face our customers see.
