Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) Chester, VA is hiring a Customer Service Advisor. You’ll greet guests, present oil change options, and upsell additional services while learning our products and processes through our training program.

No automotive experience required; training provided. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to stand for long periods in a non-climate-controlled shop; benefits include PTO, health coverage, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable suggesting additional services based on inspection and recommendations.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
