Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Flower Mound, TX is hiring a Customer Service Advisor. You will present oil change options and additional services, using product knowledge to guide guests. Training will prepare you to communicate effectively and become confident with our services.

No automotive experience is required initially, with on-the-job training. Expect a supportive team, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth while working on-site at 1801 Justin Rd, Flower Mound.

Qualifications

• Comfortable suggesting additional services to guests based on inspection and/or manufacturer and Valvoline recommendations.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Interacting with people face-to-face.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to be top-side technician cross-trained.
• Have full mobility and can work with your hands above your head.

Responsibilities

• Present oil change options and additional services using product knowledge and Valvoline recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate successfully with guests.
• Participate in on-the-job training to become proficient under the hood.
• Learn company knowledge and services to become an expert on Valvoline products.
