Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist who will be the first and last face customers see, welcoming guests, guiding vehicles in and out of service bays, and supporting technicians with basic maintenance checks.

This role offers on-the-job training, a flexible schedule, company-provided uniforms and tools, and opportunities for advancement within a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities
