Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and enthusiastically
• Provide project updates and support to customers
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage reputation feedback

• Use CRM software (preferably Lead Perfection) to track customer progress
• Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks
• Proactively resolve issues and follow up for successful resolutions
• Collect customer reviews to support reputation management

Qualifications:

• Experience in windows, doors, construction, or related trades is strongly preferred
