Academic Services Administrator - MDD Building (Finance)

Organizational Summary:

The USF Health Taneja College of Pharmacy is managed by the Dean and an actively engaged administrative leadership team. The college's mission is to transform health through educating students to be outstanding practitioners and leaders, leading in discovery and innovation in pharmacy education and practice, and delivering high-quality care in diverse clinical and community settings.

Job Summary:

The Academic Services Administrator (ASA) is responsible for managing academic programs and functions related to instruction and course delivery. Responsibilities include supporting instruction through LMS postings, assessments, scheduling, curricular alignment, and other course needs.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, highly organized, and capable of collaborating effectively with faculty, chairs, and deans. The position reports directly to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Master's degree in education or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience. Compliance with SB 1310 regarding employment eligibility and experience substitutions applies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Canvas LMS, ExamSoft, and other educational technologies
• Experience with academic data analysis and accreditation reports
• Experience with educational scholarship
