Job summary

ENSTAR Natural Gas Company seeks a detail-oriented customer service associate in Anchorage, Alaska. You will handle cashiering, deposits, and payments, and assist customers with general inquiries and account questions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing refunds, researching billing discrepancies, and entering data into ENSTAR's CC&B system. You will support various departments and respond to inquiries via phone and email.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cashiering with balancing and deposits.
• Operate cash machine and manage payments.
• Assist customers with general and account questions.
• Process refunds and adjustments for credit balances.
• Make bank corrections and fix misapplied payments.
• Research, bill, and collect on damage claims.
• Administer Heating Assistance Programs.
• Perform general collection tasks for accounts.
• File and scan documents; handle mail processing.
• Enter applications and changes into CC&B system.
• Initiate work orders for various departments via software.
• Research billing discrepancies and perform account adjustments.
