Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Fort Worth, TX seeks a customer service professional to partner with our Service Centers, address inquiries, process orders, and help resolve issues. This on-site role emphasizes accurate information handling and timely responses to customer needs.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of customer service experience (call center helpful), strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service. Call Center experience helpful.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR).
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Addressing Service Center inquiries, investigating service issues, order processing, expediting / returns
• Processing Freight Claims
• Assist with resolving inbound vendor issues
• Help with inventory issues as needed
