Job summary

Talentify in Tacoma, WA is seeking a customer-focused team member to explain menu items, operate our POS system, and keep a clean, safe workspace. You will assist with food service, ensure accuracy of guest orders, and receive training to prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and blended drinks in a fast-paced setting.

Must be 18+ due to alcohol service and available for 15–38 hours weekly. We value a positive attitude, teachability, and the ability to grow with the team while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older due to alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Explain menu items to customers and offer suggestions.
• Handle POS system courteously with guests.

Job description

The person who applies for this position has the ability to explain menu items to customers and offer suggestions, are responsible for courteously handling our POS system with guests, can maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, has a positive attitude and is willing to work as part of a team, can assist with food service and ensuring guests orders are correct, will be trained to prepare and/or serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended drinks, and teas, has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and must be 18 years of age or older due to the alcohol service we provide.
Has to be 18 and older because we serve alcohol. Has the ability to work at a minimum of 15 hours a week and a maximum of 38 hours a week. Has the ability to be teachable and a desire to grow.
