Furniture Deals in Overland Park, KS is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Administrative Associate to work in-store. You will answer inbound and outbound calls, assist customers face-to-face, and process purchases using our invoicing, inventory, and customer database software.

Customer Service and Administrative responsibilities include:

• All work performed in person. No remote processing available.
• Answering inbound and outbound phone calls for delivery or sales questions
• Face to face customer service and purchase processing
• Learning and utilizing proprietary invoicing, inventory, and customer database software
• Researching inventory inquiries and providing reports to sales associates and management
• Cash handling, financial processing, and document management

Full time applicants only please. Evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Store hours Monday thru Saturday 9:30 am- 8:30 pm, Sunday 11 am-5:30 pm. Due to handling of sensitive information we require a background check, please inquire.
