Job summary

Lohman Glass, a division of Arrow Mirror and Glass Inc, seeks a Customer Service Representative in La Porte, TX. You will assist customers before, during and after a sale, acting as a liaison and providing product and services information with professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential; experience with Excel, scheduling, invoicing, and collections is a plus.

Lohman Glass, a division of Arrow Mirror and Glass Inc, a residential, multi-family and commercial glass company, is in search of a Customer Service Representative. Must be able to multi-task, with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities, act as a liaison, provide product and services information and provide excellent customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist customers before, during and after a sale. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can remain patient and professional when working with customers.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Excel, scheduling, invoicing, and collections a plus. Experience in the glass industry, construction industry or service/trade industries.

Must pass a background check and drug test.

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm

Starting Pay: DOE
