Job summary

Arrow Glass Industries in Garland, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison, provide product and services information, and deliver professional, accurate service.

Job Location: Garland, TX 75042

Arrow Glass Industries in Garland, TX, a residential, multi-family, and commercial glass company, is in search of a Customer Service Representative.

• Must be able to multi-task, with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities, act as a liaison, provide product and services information and provide excellent customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist customers before, during and after a sale.
• The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can remain patient and professional when working with customers.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel, scheduling, invoicing, and collections a plus.
• Experience in the glass industry, construction industry or service/trade industries.
• Customer service preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Schedule: Mon- Fri 7am-4pm
