ABM Industries is seeking a Customer Satisfaction & Basic Maintenance Technician to help keep a large automotive manufacturing plant safe, functional, and well‑maintained. You will perform light maintenance and repairs, service ice and water machines, and support preventive maintenance programs while delivering strong customer service.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in maintenance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
The Customer Satisfaction & Basic Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring the facility is safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position supports daily operations at a large automotive manufacturing plant, performing light maintenance, repairs, and preventive service to keep equipment and work areas in top condition.
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour pay rate (U.S. Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST; 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM EST
