Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Cartersville, GA is seeking a full-time customer service representative to support our sales team and customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns, source parts, and help generate sales while safeguarding accurate records and delivering excellent service daily.

This on-site role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship of work visas is not available.
