Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies, Appleton, WI, is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative to support our sales team and customers. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, source parts nationwide, and help grow sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role involves collaboration with the outside sales team, stockroom assistance, and delivering orders as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record (MVR)

What You’ll Do

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and outside sales team to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
