Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or inside sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Ability to develop and enhance customer relationships.
• Well-organized, confident, energetic, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and placing orders for products by telephone, email, and servicing new and repeat walk-in customers.
• Correctly enter and document customer orders and determine the appropriate shipping method.
• Drive profits through outbound customer calls; upsell and cross-sell to increase profitability.
• Seek to resolve customer issues in the best interest of the customer and FORSHAW.
