Gertens Family of Businesses in Stillwater, MN is hiring a part-time Customer Sales Representative. You’ll assist customers with pet care, lawn and garden solutions, and help with displays and inventory in a remodel-renovated store.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right products for pets, gardens, and lawns.
• Operate registers and handle transactions smoothly.
• Set up displays, stock shelves, and keep the store organized.

• Cross-train with warehouse equipment and operations.
• Load customer vehicles and provide excellent service.
• Water plants, care for chicks, and maintain outdoor displays.
• Take on special projects and assist wherever needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Help customers find the right products for their pets, gardens, and lawns

• You MUST be available to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends
• Comfortable lifting 30- 50 pounds regularly—you'll be on your feet and active
• Ready to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• A friendly attitude, solid communication skills, and a passion for helping others
• Available to work after the summer months. This is a part time, year-round position.
